A composed Graze & Gather grazing board

How it works

No mystery.
No moving pieces.

Everything a partnership involves, written out plainly, including the parts most vendors leave until after you've signed.

The first fourteen days

From first email to first delivery

Day 1: You get in touch

Through the form, by phone, or by Instagram message. We reply within one business day with two or three times for a tasting.

Day 2 to 4: The tasting

We come to your venue with boxes built around your menu and your price point. Bring whoever needs to taste it. Thirty minutes.

Day 5: Your proposal

One page. Wholesale pricing by tier, suggested retail, your margin, delivery days, order cutoffs, and the trial length. Nothing buried.

Day 6 to 8: Agreement and setup

You sign, we open your portal account and load your pricing. Co-branded box cards go to print. Your COI is issued naming your venue.

Day 9 to 12: Staff training

We run a short tasting for your team and leave printed Pairing & Selling Guides written for your menu. Everyone who might sell a box has tasted one.

Day 13 to 14: First delivery

Your opening order arrives, labeled and refrigerator-ready. You're selling that day.

  • Your standing order repeats automatically
  • You adjust it in the portal up to the cutoff
  • We deliver on your scheduled days
  • You review sell-through with us weekly during the trial, monthly after

The part your GM will ask about

We carry the compliance,
not you.

Because nothing is prepared on your premises, a Graze & Gather program doesn't change your food license, your inspection status or your insurance position.

Every document your operations team, insurer or auditor might request already sits in your portal, downloadable without emailing anyone.

  • South Carolina Department of Agriculture establishment permit
  • General liability insurance, with a COI naming your venue
  • ServSafe food handler and manager certifications
  • W-9 for your accounts payable vendor file
  • Full ingredient declarations and allergen statements per format
  • Registered South Carolina LLC with current business licensing

What a standing order is actually worth

Move the sliders. This is your margin on a program that costs you nothing to start and nothing to staff.

The practical questions

Boxes carry a multi-day refrigerated shelf life, with a use-by date printed on every label. That window is deliberate: it means a quiet Tuesday usually sells through by Thursday rather than becoming waste. Crackers and bread are sealed separately so they stay crisp.
Less than most venues expect. Boxes are designed to stack flat. A typical 24-box standing order occupies roughly one shelf of a standard reach-in. We'll confirm the exact footprint at your tasting so there are no surprises on delivery day.
Increase the order in your portal before the cutoff and it's handled. For genuinely large events like tournaments, wedding blocks or buyouts, book it as an event in the portal so we can staff and source for it properly rather than treating it as a normal delivery.
You do. We publish a suggested retail that keeps your margin healthy and stays credible for your guest, but the final price on your menu is entirely your decision. Your wholesale cost doesn't change either way.
Yes, at no charge. Standard partner packaging carries your logo alongside ours on the box card, and the pairing insert is designed around your menu. Full private-label packaging, carrying your brand only, is available at higher volume tiers.
Tell us the same day and we replace or credit it. No forms, no dispute process. We'd rather absorb an occasional box than have your staff lose confidence in handing one to a guest.
Yes. Pause your standing order in the portal and restart it whenever you're ready. Seasonal venues are normal in this market and the program is built to flex with your calendar rather than fight it.
