A Graze & Gather charcuterie box on a private jet tray table

Partnership 05 · Private Aviation & FBOs

Catering that meets
the aircraft.

Flight-safe presentation, delivered to the FBO ninety minutes before departure. Same-day turnarounds handled without drama, because in this business the schedule moves and the catering has to move with it.

Why charcuterie owns this cabin

Nothing to reheat.
Nothing to apologize for.

Charcuterie is the most reliable thing you can put in a cabin. It needs no galley, no oven and no crew intervention. It looks exactly as good at 41,000 feet as it did on the ramp.

What usually goes wrong isn't the food. It's the logistics. A tail number changes, a departure moves up ninety minutes, a passenger count goes from four to seven at the last minute. Most caterers can't absorb that. We built our aviation program around the assumption that it will happen.

Every order is packed with the tail number, passenger count and departure time on the label. Sealed, chilled, stacked to load flat, and delivered to your line service team, not left at a front desk.

  • No galley, oven or crew preparation required
  • Sealed and chilled for a stable cabin service window
  • Packed flat to load and stow without rearranging
  • Labeled by tail number, PAX count and departure time
  • Full ingredient and allergen card in every box

Ordered by QR or portal

Your line service team scans the code at the counter or orders from the account. Tail number, PAX count, departure time and dietary notes captured in one screen.

Delivered 90 minutes before wheels up

Our standard delivery window. Handed to your line service team on the ramp or at the counter, never left unattended.

Same-day and short-notice accepted

Our aviation cutoff is four hours, not the day before. Trips move. We staff for it rather than pretending it won't happen.

Billed to the account, not the trip

Operators and flight departments run on account with consolidated monthly invoicing, itemized by tail number so it reconciles against your trip sheets.
